Title:
REINFORCED CONCRETE MEMBER FOR ABSORBING RADIO WAVE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3729894
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a reinforced concrete member for absorbing radio waves wherein an effect for preventing radio wave reflection can be stably obtained even if concrete has not been sufficiently dried.
CONSTITUTION: A reinforced concrete plate 1 is of a double reinforcing structure with two arrays 10, 20 of reinforcing bars placed in a thickness direction. Cores 3 made of a ferrite sintered body are attached to all of lateral bars 12 in the reinforcing bar array 10 placed on a radio wave incident direction A side, so that one each is placed between the adjacent bars 11. The cores 3 absorb radio waves instead of reflecting on the reinforcing bar array 10 on the radio wave incident direction A side, so that incident radio waves and radio waves reflected on the opposite reinforcing bar array 20 offset each other, whereby the reinforced concrete plate 1 in an air dry state absorbs the radio waves. In addition, the thickness for coating the concrete may be a practical value.
