Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforced concrete pile of high strength easily manufactured while controlling a crack.
SOLUTION: Reinforcing bars of longitudinal narrow bar shape are disposed along an axial direction inside a form. The increment of the distortion of the reinforcing bars to be used in obtained in relation to the distortion quantity for a temporary allowable stress of the reinforcing bars of a reinforced concrete pile satisfying crack width generated by stress. The increment of distortion is multiplied by 1.13 that is the increment of the distortion quantity in the position of the reinforcing bars. The range of the increment of distortion and the value obtained by multiplying the increment by 1.13 is set as the expansion quanity, and the added quantity of expansion material to concrete is obtained from the relation between the added quantity and the expansion quantity. Concrete is charged in the form and formed by centrifugal force, and a reinforced concrete pole is formed after appropriate removal of form and curing. Compressive stress is generated to concrete without straining the reinforcing bars, and crack width to stress can be suppressed so as to facilitate manufacture.
