PURPOSE: To provide a reinforced concrete pipe and a manufacturing method for it in which a resin film on a pipe inside face is prevented from breaking, splitting, or peeling off from the pipe inside face even when a crack and the like is generated.
CONSTITUTION: In a reinforced concrete pipe, a pipe inside face is coated with a resin film 3 formed by heating and melting short fibers or scale pieces of thermoplastic resin, a part of the short fibers or the scale pieces are embedded in a pipe wall 2. In a manufacturing method, in which concrete fed to the inside of a molding die is hardened along the inside face of the molding die by means of centrifugal force while the cylindrical molding die is rotated at a high speed, for the reinforced concrete pipe the short fibers or the scale pieces are fed into the inside of the molding die so as to be laminated on the inside face of the concrete by means of centrifugal force before the concrete along the inside face of the molding die is hardened, and the short fibers or the scale pieces are heated and melted so as to be formed into the coating film 3.
