PURPOSE: To obtain a material handling container which is used for packaging, shipping and inventorying goods and articles while being a type available for being stacked up one upon the other when unused.
CONSTITUTION: A container 10 is formed of molded thermoplastic materials and equipped with a plurality of plastic reinforcement members 86. These members are arranged at specified positions respectively around a plurality of plastic planate expanded parts 84 for adding strength and rigidity. The reinforcement members 86 define a plurality of hollow channels which are arranged adjacent to the planate expanded parts 84. At least one rib is extended upwardly from the channel defined by the reinforcement member 86, and strength and rigidity are added thereby to the planate expanded part 84 of the container 10.
