Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method for molding a three-dimensional complicated structure and a core reinforcing material used in the method.
The method for molding a composite material of a complicated node structural part includes a stage to repeatedly lay a reinforcement material 38 with a specified section along each channel of a casting mold 24 in each of these channels so as to allow the reinforcement material to pass through each node of the structural part under CNC: a stage to tightly close the casting mold, a stage to inject resin into the casting mold; and a stage to cure the resin. The device for molding the composite material is also provided.
