PURPOSE: To omit a work for fixing reinforcements projects in the horizontal direction from the end faces of a concrete earthquake-resisting wall to pillars, enhance toughness of the concrete earthquake-resisting wall, and realize compact design for the concrete earthquake-resisting wall.

CONSTITUTION: Junction reinforcements 14 of which the end parts are fixed to pillars 11 by prescribed fixing length are concentratively arranged in the span direction in the slab 12 of the upper part of a concrete earthquake-resisting wall 10. In the concrete earthquake-resisting wall 10, many ring-like reinforcements 16 are continued in the horizontal direction. and a plurality of rows of them are arranged extending over the whole territory of the concrete earthquake-resisting wall 10 at regular intervals in the vertical direction.
