PURPOSE: To reduce a manufacturing cost of a support rack for reinforcement assembling by fitting and welding or fixing in a similar fashion a support plate which is curved into an angle groove of an upper support member with a diameter equivalent to a pin support hole.
CONSTITUTION: An upper end support section 20 of an upper support 3 which supports a pin 4 is formed with a support plate 21 which is so curved in a semi-circle that the pin 4 may fit in. This is welded and fixed with the upper support 3 at the position of a part W. A screw is threaded into the support plate 21. A set bolt 11 and a nut 12, which are threaded therewith, are installed. The set bolt 11 and the nut 12 are engaged with an engagement groove 4a formed in the longitudinal direction of the pin 4, thereby providing a fixing function and a non-slip function to an upper part support rack. When it is necessary to adjust the support height of reinforcements on a construction site, bolts 5 and 5' which have fixed the upper part support 3 with a lower part support 2, are loosened and the upper part support 3 is moved up to a required height. and then the bolts 5 and 5' are fastened.
