PURPOSE: To standardize a reinforcement assembly and to improve the productivity by arranging the tie-hoop to hold a bar arrangement binding frame transferring on an outside rail on the circumference of the main reinfordement oil the main reinforcement supporting frame which is arranged at optimum intervals on the inside rail and binding the both.
CONSTITUTION: The main reinforcement supporting frame 2 on an inside rail 1 is arranged at optimum intervals. A main reinforcement A is carried in by a crane to this support frame 2 and arranged on a lower horizontal beam 22 by rotating an upper horizontal beam 22 first, and the main reinforcement A is arranged on the upper horizontal beam 22 horizontally raised. The tie-hoop bundle B guided by a crane is stored into a bar arrangement binding flame 3 and moved to the other end on an outside rail 1. In that case, the horizontal beam 22 of a passing by main reinforcement supporting frame 2 is rotated in order to eliminate a hindrance in its passing. The shape of a column is made correct by binding with arranging in order a tie-hoop B from the other end and rotating a reinforcing bar receiver 24 outside. A binding completed assembly stock is transferred by a crane. A reinforcement assembly is normalized and standardized to improve the productivity.
