To reduce a height up to a reinforcement from a tip part of a wire after binding by arranging a feed adjusting mechanism for adjusting a feed quantity of a binding wire according to a reinforcement diameter or a loop diameter of the reinforcement.
A feed means of a wire (b) simultaneously rotates a driven side feed gear by rotating one driving side feed gear 8 by an electric motor 10 in a meshing state by arranging a pair of feed gears 8 having the same diameter so as to be capable of meshing/releasing. A feed quantity adjusting mechanism 3 of the wire (b) is arranged in a vicinity position of the feed means. When feeding the wire (b), a magnet 16 rotates together with the feed gears 8, and a rotating speed is measured by a magnetic sensor 17. A feed quantity of the wire (b) can be known from this rotating speed. Then, when measuring a prescribed feed quantity, an electric current is carried to a solenoid to separate the driven side feed gear from the driving side feed gear 8 and at the same time, to stop the electric motor 10, thereby adjusts a feed quantity with high accuracy.
