To disclose a technique capable of preventing a second cutting blade from breaking.SOLUTION: A reinforcement binding machine binds reinforcing-bars using a wire. The reinforcement binding machine comprises a first cutting blade and a second cutting blade that cuts the wire by moving relative to the first cutting blade.
