This reinforcement binding tool is formed of a holding member 1 formed by bending a steel wire having hook-like holding parts 5 on both ends into substantially U-shape, and a clamping tool (rotating lever) 2 having a pressing part 8 having an eccentric groove 10. The support part 4 of the holding member 1 is bent in S-shape to impart elasticity. The clamping tool 2 can be easily formed by bending a plate material. This reinforcement binding tool is put on the crossing part of reinforcements A, B, the eccentric groove 10 of the clamping tool 2 is fitted to a connecting part 10, and a lever 7 is rotated to fasten the crossing part while imparting a tension to a support part 4 by a pressing part 8. Even if the total thickness of the reinforcements A, B is varied in case of reinforcements with different diameter, the change can be absorbed by the elasticity so as to be sufficiently conformable. According to this, even an inexperienced person can easily and precisely perform the binding.
