Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve workability by providing winch devices as a pair and a block for guiding a wire rope wound and unwound on the operation of the winch devices, on a rack laid in such a state as surrounding the opening of a stand pipe.
CONSTITUTION: The subsoil is excavated, and a stand pipe 10 is erected in an excavated hole. Also, a pair of erecting devices 1 are laid, so as to surround the opening of the pipe 10. Then, a reinforcement cage unit 11A is lowered in the opening of the stand pipe 10 on the operation of a mini-crane and held with the wire rope of a chill hole 4 supported on the rack 2 of the devices 1. Thereafter, the next reinforcement cage unit 11B is lowered and connected to the preceding unit 11A. Then, an operation lever 6 is turned in an arrow (a) direction to wind up the wire rope 7 via a block 5, thereby lowering the units 11A and 11B in the stand pipe 10. Furthermore, succeeding reinforcement cage units are similarly jointed and lowered, thereby erecting a reinforcement cage.
