To provide a reinforcement collar capable of properly buckling without causing failures such as top end cracking, no buckling and buckling shift and capable of distributing an axial force surface pressure applied to a soft member.
A reinforcement collar 1 is constituted of a cylindrical body including a body part 4 fitted into an attachment hole 3 upon attachment to a soft member 2 and a buckling part 5 protruded from the attachment hole 3, wherein the buckling part 5 is configured so as to be buckling-deformed and doubly folded upon the attachment, and the value of an outer diameter x (mm) of the buckling part 5 and the value of a protruded length y (mm) from the attachment hole 3 of the buckling part 5 are selected from a range surrounded by a straight line expressed by an upper limit equation y=0.35x+1.5 and a straight line expressed by a lower limit equation y=0.22x+0.27.
