Abstract:

To provide a reinforcement panel of a concrete structure and a reinforcement method in which the rapid easy reinforcement (addition of the structural strength) is possible only by executing a thin panel of a surface of an existing concrete, the heat insulation can be maintained so that a water channel formed in the existing concrete are not frozen even in a specially cold weather, the internal section and the passage of a working vehicle during the work can be ensured particularly even in a tunnel, existing concrete is not required to be V-cut or chipped out, the working environment is excellent, and no problems are raised in industrial wastes disposal.

This reinforcement method of a concrete structure is achieved by using a reinforcement panel (an integrated panel 10) of a concrete structure in which a composite panel 11 with a carbon fiber sheet 12 built in a mortar 13 integratedly joined with a polyurethane foam 15. The integrate panel 10 is arranged with a spacing S from a surface of an existing concrete 1 in a condition where the polyurethane foam 15 side is directed to the existing concrete 1 side, and a mortar or a fiber-mixed mortar 30 is filled in the spacing S.
