Abstract:
PURPOSE: To erect easily and accurately joint reinforcements folded on the side surface of an underground continuous wall to joint a concrete structure with the underground continuous wall linearly.
CONSTITUTION: A reinforcement shaping machine shapes reinforcements 3 whose one end is fixed with a structure. The reinforcement shaping machine comprises a regulation member 11 and a lever 16 which is rotatively mounted to the regulation member 11 and an extension piece 14 which extends from the lever 16 and provided with a roller 15 at the tip. The regulation member 11 has a regulation surface 10 which is placed in contact with the reinforcements 3 to be shaped. The lever 16 is mounted to the regulation member 11 in such a fashion that it may be turned in a plane substantially at a right angle with the surface of the structure and the regulation member 10. The roller 15 is placed in contact with the reinforcements, 16, thereby erecting the lever 16 and forcing the roller 15 to make a circular motion on the side of the regulation surface 15, which makes it possible to shape he reinforcements so as to suite the shape of the reinforcements 3.
