Abstract:

To provide a reinforcing bar feeder which can smoothly take reinforcing bars out while gathering the reinforcing bars to the vicinity of a pickup device.

A reinforcing bar receiving member 9 is set up on a support frame 5. There are formed on the receiving member 9 a first reentrant 16 which gathers the reinforcing bars to the vicinity of the pickup device 7 and a second reentrant 17 placed abreast at least one side of the first reentrant 16. In a gathering device 8 which gathers a plurality of reinforcing bars to the vicinity of the pickup device 7, a pair of first and second push plates 20 and 22 which move vertically and push the reinforcing bars upward are placed at a position which overlaps with the position of the receiving member 9 from the axial view of the reinforcing bars. The first guide slant 21 is set on the first push plate 20 so that the reinforcing bar is moved by rolling from one side to the other side in the diametrical direction on the basis of the movement of pushing the reinforcing bar upward. The second guide slant 23 is set on the second push plate 22 so that the reinforcing bar is moved by rolling from the other side in the diametrical direction to the first reentrant 16 on the basis of the movement of pushing the reinforcing bar upward.
