A reinforcing bar machining device is provided with a bending base 1 having an attitude along a vertical direction, a bending-work part 6 for bending a reinforcing bar along the surface of the bending base 1 on the bending base 1, a shearing blade for cutting the reinforcing bar supplied to the bending-work part 6, a reinforcing bar receiving member 10 for freely receiving the reinforcing bar cut with the shearing blade and falling along the surface of the bending base 1, support mechanisms 11 allowing the reinforcing bar receiving member 10 to be located along the surface of the bending base 1 and supporting it in such a way as to make a receiving position freely vertically changeable, and a conveyance mechanism 12 for freely conveying the reinforcing bar received at the reinforcing bar receiving member 10 to a position spaced apart below the bending-work part 6 and arranged at the reinforcing bar receiving member 10.
