In the reinforcing bar structure of the lightweight cellular concrete panel, welded gauze is installed at a compressed position and a tensile position when flexural stress is applied to the panel, the gauze is connected mutually by a plurality of connecting bars, the connecting bars are formed by bending iron wires in a plane, and a three-dimensional truss-shaped structure in which the connecting bars are arranged on the whole surface of a reinforcing bar by installing the connecting bars is formed. Resistance to flexural stress and shearing stress is improved so that the flexural strength of the panel can be increased.
