The second conveying conveyer 8 is formed so as to convey the first reinforcing bar horizontally from the first conveying conveyer 7 to the reinforce bending machine 2 and the third conveying conveyer 11 is formed so as to convey the second worked reinforcing bar to the discharging zone 10 which is arranged on the lateral side of the reinforcing bar bending machine 2 and opposite side to the first conveying conveyer 7.
