A pair of elements 6a each composed by sewing and jointing a root part 5a of a semicylindrical raising material 5 to a circular cut-out part 4 formed in an intermediate part of a strip-like material 3 are used. The pair of elements 6a are arranged on both sides of a virtual plane passing both axial lines of a first pipe 7 and a second pipe 8; the raising material 5 and the strip-like material 3 are crimped to the inside surface of the first pipe 7 and the inside surface of the second pipe 8, respectively; and the adjacent parts of both the elements 6a are superimposed on each other.
