Title:
REINFORCING METHOD FOR REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2944024
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance workability by juxtaposing flat reinforced fiber multifilament yarns leaving a prescribed clearance therebetween, and holding them in a sheet shape by means of longitudinal and widthwise auxiliary yarns, and then by sticking them on a concrete surface with resin of a prescribed viscosity.
CONSTITUTION: In a method in which resin is coated on the surface of a floor, beam, or the like consisting of reinforced concrete, and fiber-reinforced plastic plates are laminated and cured at room temperature so as to be reinforced; fiber reinforced materials or flat multifilament yarns consisting of high-strength materials such as glass fibers are juxtaposed leaving a clearance of 0.2 to 1.0 mm, and are held in a sheet shape with longitudinal auxiliary yarns 6 and widthwise auxiliary yarns 7. Room temperature curing type epoxy resin of a viscosity of 40 to 200 poise, and a thixotropic factor of 3.0 to 8.0 is impregnated into this sheet for forming a fiber reinforced material 4, and also epoxy primer is applied to the concrete surface, and thereon the fiber reinforced material 4 is laminatedly stuck and cured. Thus, defoaming roller pressing can be easily carried out.
