To provide a reinforcing method and a reinforcing structural body for a concrete structure capable of significantly restricting the separation of a fiber sheet from the surface of the concrete structure before the fiber sheet reaches its breaking strength, constraining cracking, improving crack dispersion, and improving the anchor strength, flexural strength (bearing force), and toughness of the concrete structure, and an elastic layer formation material for reinforcement of the concrete structure.
In a reinforcing method for a concrete structure 100 in which a fiber sheet 1 containing reinforcing fibers is integrally bonded to the concrete structure 100, the fiber sheet 1 is bonded to the surface of the concrete structure 100 via an elastic layer 104. Within the range of -10 to 50°C of temperature, an elastomeric resin forming the elastic layer 104 has a tensile elongation during curing of 400% or more, a tensile strength of 8 N/mm2 or more, a tensile elastic modulus of 60 to 500 N/mm2, and a 0 (zero) span plastic elongation of 3 mm or more. The effective adhesion length of the fiber sheet 1 is 200 mm or more.
