Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smooth a surface after being reinforced by layering a surface flattened sheet on an outside surface, and joining mutual reinforcing molded plates molded so as to cover a concrete structure by combining two or more pieces with each other, by a resin reinforced fiber sheet.
SOLUTION: A reinforcing molded plate is molded in a shape capable of covering a column by combining two or more pieces with each other. First of all, chamfering of a corner part of the column and backing processing by a primer or the like are performed. Next, U-shaped opening parts are covered as a mutually opposing condition, and a resin reinforced fiber sheet is arranged and joined so as to extend to a joining part, and the reinforcing molded plate and the column are joined together through an adhesive. The reinforcing molded plate is formed of a fiber reinforced resin composite material, and a surface flattened sheet is layered on an outside surface. The resin reinforced fiber sheet is formed of a composite material by impregnating a matrix resin into a fiber sheet, and fiber is formed of carbon fiber or the like, and the matrix resin is formed of a normal temperature-curing epoxy resin or the like. Therefore, a flat and smooth surface excellent in an aesthetic sense can be obtained.
