Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage due to stress concentration of the reinforcing sheet of a corner part by laying cushion material between the chamfered corner parts of a cross section substantially rectangular concrete column to wind the reinforcing sheet.
SOLUTION: The corner part 10a of a cross section substantially rectangular concrete-made column 10 is chamfered to form two corner parts 11. A cushion material 14 is laid between the corner parts 10a to wind a reinforcing sheet 12 around the outer peripheral face of the column 10 so as to make earthquake- resistant reinforcement. The cushion material is composed of rubber, foaming resin and the like, made cross section shape corresponding to the corner part 10a, a pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tape 15 is stuck on the rear face, enable sticking on the corner part 10a, a surface material 16 such as a mold release film is provided on the surface, and friction with the reinforcing sheet 12 is reduced to facilitate winding. Thus, breakage of the reinforcing sheet 12 due to stress concentration of the corner parts 10a is prevented, and rounding working of the corner part 10a is unnecessitated by a sand blasting and the like.
