To provide a pipe penetrating part with which a hazard of fatigue failure owing to vibrations of a pipeline in the area with the pipe penetrating part is perfectly eliminated or at least the hazard is controlled to such a degree as not giving any obstacle in the practical service.
The reinforcing structure of the pipe penetrating part to work through a wall element or load support element for the pipe penetrating part, particularly in such an environment as receiving influence of vibration, of any vehicle, etc., wherein the pipe penetrating part includes a pipe form device 10 and wall element or load support element 4 provided with a through hole 8. The pipe form device extends at least partially passing through the through hole and is equipped with outer annular beads 14, and thereby the pipe form device is fixed to the through hole 8 in the axial direction by at least one cooperative holding device 16 capable of being fixed to the wall element or load support element. A reinforcing pipe 26 to internally reinforce and/or stiffen the inside of the pipe form device is inserted into the pipe form device 10 in the area of the ring-shaped beads 14. A reinforcing sleeve prevents fatigue failure caused by the vibration of the pipe form device in the area of the annular beads.
