To provide a reinforcing structure of a steel tower which does not easily cause deformation of a foundation part of a main column material.
A reinforcing structure of a steel tower 10 reinforces a substructure of the steel tower 10 so that a concrete foundation supporting a main column material 1a formed of angle steels is not unevenly displaced. The steel tower 10 includes a horizontal member 3 formed of H-shaped steel, upper corner fittings 5, and lower corner fittings 6. The horizontal member 3 couples the foundation part of the main column material 1a in a state where a column body part of the concrete foundation is peeled off. The upper corner fitting 5 connects the top surface of an end part of the horizontal member 3 and the side surface of the main column material 1a to each other with bolts. The lower corner fitting 6 connects the undersurface of the end part of the horizontal member 3 and the side surface of the main column material 1a to each other with bolts. The upper corner fitting 5 and the lower corner fitting 6 are disposed opposite to each other so as to sandwich the end part of the horizontal member 3.
