Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate defective syringe discharge work by a worker by delivering only detected defective syringes to a discharge chute by extracting them from a carrier wheel at the time when a plural number of syringes intermittently carried by the carrier wheel temporarily stop.
SOLUTION: About 4 pieces of mixed up syringes 2 finished treatment by a syringe treatment device 3 are inspected by an inspection device 8 at a position of a terminal of a carrier process by the syringe treatment device 3, and it is judged which of the syringes 2 are defective. The result of judgement by the inspection device 8 is transmitted to a control device 11. The control device 11 extracts the defective syringes 2 from the syringes 2 intermittently carried by a carrier wheel 1 in accordance with the result of judgement transmitted from the inspection device 8 and discharges them to a discharge chute 13.
