A reject table 12 incorporated with a reject paper receiving plate 11 advancing and retreating from the lateral direction via a double speed mechanism, is arranged in a lower part of a temporary paper receiver 3 temporarily holding an intruding succeeding singled sheet 1 by a stacked paper delivery part 2 of a singled sheet 1. Thus, since the failure printing paper can be selectively separately delivered in a stacked shape, delivery processing of the failure printing paper can be simplified, and since good paper delivered together with the failure printing paper can be selectively recovered, an efficient process is provided.
