To stabilize the attitude of a vehicle by furnishing a centrifugal clutch arranged between a pair of wheels each independently rotating by friction torque with a road surface accompanying travelling, to work by receiving centrifugal force and to arrest relative rotation between the wheels.

A centrifugal clutch 49 is arranged between both of wheels 31, 33 on this device 1. This centrifugal clutch 49 is constituted of a multiple disc clutch 51 connecting both of axles 39, 41 to each other, a fly weight 53, etc. Weight of the fly weight 53 is regulated so that the centrifugal clutch 49 works when travelling speed of a vehicle exceeds a set value. When the centrifugal clutch 49 works, relative rotation of the wheels 31, 33 is arrested by its frictional force. The size of this relative rotation arresting force becomes larger as the vehicle travels at higher speed. Consequently, a turning property, a rectilinear travelling property, stability, etc., of a tractor and a trailer are improved. Additionally, constitution is simple, the number of part items is small and it is light and compact.
