Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the noise characteristic by providing a feedback circuit with a 1st and a 2nd transistors(TRs) whose paths between their gate electrodes and it main electrodes are connected across a capacitor in mutually opposite directions, and deriving a 1st and a 2nd feedback signals from the voltage value of a 2nd main electrode respectively. CONSTITUTION: A bridge circuit including the capacitor 1 consists of TRs T1, T2, T4, T5, T7, and T8, current source 6 and 7, and resistances 8-11. Two switching elements are provided across the capacitor 1 and composed of TRs T3 and T6, whose bases and emitters are connected in inverse parallel across the capacitor 1. When the capacitor 1 is charged, the terminal voltage across the capacitor 1 increases until the base-emitter voltage of the TR T3 reaches a specific value and it is turned on. Similarly, when the capacitor is discharged, the terminal voltage across the capacitor 1 decreases until the base-emitter voltage of the TR T6 reaches a specific value and it is turned on. Consequently, noise characteristics become excellent.
