Abstract:
To use a conventional external connector as it is, and secure waterproofness when necessary.SOLUTION: A relay adapter-equipped connector system 100 includes a first connector 80, a relay adapter 10, and a second connector 90. The first connector 80 is arranged inside a device housing 70. Further, the relay adapter 10 includes a seal portion 20, a first fitting portion 30, and a second fitting portion 40. The seal portion 20 is inserted into the device housing 70 and serves to waterproof the inner wall surface 71a of a hole 71. Further, the first fitting portion 30 is fitted to the first connector 80 in the device housing 70. A pad 42 is arranged on the second fitting portion 40. The second fitting portion 40 is fitted into the second connector 90 and is waterproof with the second connector 90. Further, when the second fitting portion 40 is fitted into the second connector 90, the second contact 93 is abutted against the pad 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
