PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a flexible flat cable(FFC) from being buckled by composing the FFC in a manner that the FFC is brought into contact with an inside horizontal rib made of a plate-like material projected horizontally out of an inner circumferential face of a movable body at the time when the FFC is coiled back.
SOLUTION: When an inside cylindrical part 11a of a relay apparatus 10 rotates relatively to an outside cylindrical part 12a in a counterclockwise direction, an FFC 13 moves as to be coiled on the cylindrical part 11a. The FFC 13 existing in the outside of a movable body 21 is therefore brought into contact with an outside horizontal rib 212 and further brought into contact with one aperture end 21a and while inversely turning in a U-shape, the FFC enters the inside of the movable body 21 and is coiled further on the cylindrical part 11a. At that time, the aperture 21a in one side of the movable body 21 is pushed by the FFC 13 and the movable body 21 rotates in a counterclockwise direction. When the cylindrical part 11a rotates in a clockwise direction, the FFC 13 is coiled back from the cylindrical part 11a and moves as to spread to the periphery. The FFC 13 is brought into contact with the horizontal rib 211 of the movable body 21 and while being brought into contact with an aperture end 21b, the FFC 13 is turned in a U-shape and moves to the outside of the movable body 21 and is brought into contact with the inside of the outside cylindrical part 12a.
