Abstract:
To solve the following problem: it is difficult for an infant to run with a baton used for a relay competition and to give and receive the baton because of its size, weight, and shape.
A pipe of an outer diameter 10 to 12 mm is made into a ring-shaped baton of a diameter 11 to 13 cm so that it fits to the body size or power of an infant.
