To provide a relay connector that can relay and connect two mating connectors even when the connectors are opposed to each other at a narrow interval.SOLUTION: A relay connector 100 includes a first connector 1, a second connector 2, an electric wire 41, and a holder plate 31. The holder plate 31 is attached to the first connector 1 and the second connector 2.
