To provide a small relay connector capable of electrically connecting or disconnecting a coaxial connector 34 to a substrate 10 in a simple operation.

First and second operating levers 20 and 22 are swingably arranged, and a substrate GND block 26 and an outlying GND block 32 each composed of an electroconductive member disposed on one end of each of the first and second operating levers 20 and 22 are moved in the direction of approaching and leaving corresponding to the swing. The coaxial connector 34 is fixed to the outlying GND block 32. An insulation pipe 50 is inserted in a through hole 32d perforated in the outlying GND block 32, in which a core wire 34c and a probe 52 are inserted and one end of the probe 52 is contacted with the core wire 34c. An insulation pressing member 54 is disposed in the outlying GND block 32 so as to prevent the probe 52 from escaping from it by projecting a plunger on the other end. The substrate GND block 26 and the outlying GND block 32 are electrically connected. The substrate 10 is placed between the substrate GND block 26 and the outlying GND block 32.
