Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely discharge the charge collected in capacitor, even if a commercial power source is turned off in condition that a switch part is off, so as to prevent other parts from being broken in the manufacture process, in a relay controller, which controls the voltage supply to the load part driven with the voltage of the commercial power source, and an iron using the relay controller.
SOLUTION: The voltage of a commercial power source 1 is rectified with a rectifier 2, and the output voltage of this rectifier 2 is stepped-down with a voltage step-down part 3. A operator 4 smooths the output voltage of the voltage step-down part 3, and a switch part 8 controls the power supply from the commercial voltage 1 to the load part driven with the voltage of the commercial power source by controlling a relay 5. A controller 17 discharges the charge in the capacitor 4 by turning on the switch part 8 when the commercial power source 1 is turned off.
