PURPOSE: To easily assemble without reversing up and down, and to carry out a repair in a short time and easily even in the installing condition by providing a tubular ring body surrounding an inner side cylinder to hold the inner peripheral end of a flat cable, and providing an upper cover to draw out the bracket to the upper side.
CONSTITUTION: The circular bottom plate 12b of a fixing body 12 is loaded on the flange 11b of the lower side rotary body 11 of a relay device 10, and a space K is formed by cylinders 11a and 12a. A circular flexible flat cable 13 is housed in the space K. The square bending part of the inner peripheral end 13a of the cable 13 is installed to the rotating side holder 11c of the cylinder 11a, the outer peripheral end 13b is held by the slit 12d of the cylinder 12a, and it is pulled out to the outer side, and a fixing side connector 13d is installed to a fixing side holder 13e. A connector 13c is pulled out from a through hole 14a to the upper side, while an upper cover 14 is being loaded on the cylinder 11a, and the upper cover 14 is fixed to the cylinder 11a. Since the end 13a of the cable 13 is positioned at the upper side at the time of assembling, the repair can be carried out easily by removing parts in order from the upper side, even in the repairing condition.
