The hub 10 has a reception section 11, a controller 12, and a notification section 13. The reception section 11 receives power saving information of the WiMAX network N1. The controller 12 determines a communicable time period of the node 20 configuring the BAN network N2 based on the power saving information received by the reception section 11. The notification section 13 notifies the node 20 of the communicable time period determined by the controller 12.
