To provide a relay plug and connector or the like for connection capable of easily connecting an X-ray tube to be applied with high voltage and a high voltage power supply, and miniaturizing a device.

The X-ray generator 1 is a type not incorporating a high voltage power supply unit, and it is provided with an electron gun 3 arranged in a block 5, and the X-ray tube 2 having a target part 4 facing it. The electron gun 3 is connected to the connector 7 connected to a high voltage cable 8 and arranged with a plurality of spring terminals in multi-stages via the relay plug 6 arranged with a plurality of ringlike terminals with different diameters in multi-stages.
