Abstract:
To reduce discomfort of a passenger with respect to relay noise.SOLUTION: A relay unit 10 has at least one relay 19 and a controller 22. The controller 22 can detect timing at which a vehicle emits sound. The controller 22 can determine whether or not a passenger is away from the vehicle at a prescribed distance or longer. The controller 22 can perform switch control between a cut-off state and a conduction state of at least one relay 19. The controller 22 performs switch control between the cut-off state and the conduction state of at least one relay 19 at timing at which the vehicle emits the sound or it is determined that the passenger is away from the vehicle at the predetermined distance or longer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
