Abstract:
PURPOSE: To trip a welding without loosening tripping force by giving an impact to a conductor plate different from a leaf spring at the time of contact welding.
CONSTITUTION: A movable contact 15 is fixed onto one surface at the top end of a leaf spring 14, and a conductor plate 16 having a projection 54 protruded on its upper end part is fixed onto the other surface. On the end part of the arm part 41 of a movable frame 36, a protruding part 55 is integrally formed, for tripping a contact welding, in conformation to the projection 54 of the conductor plate 16. When contacts 15, 29 are mutually welded, a coil 32 is deexcited to have the protruding part 55 of the movable frame 36 collide with the projection 54 of the conductor plate 16 almost rigidified by the welding, and the welding is tripped by the collision energy (impact force) or the electromagnet attracting force after the collision.
