Abstract:

To provide a releasable thermally conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive which exhibits not only a high adhesiveness in use but also a high releasability after being used and to provide an adhesive sheet prepd. therefrom.

This adhesive comprises 100 pts.wt. polymer (A) produced from a monomer component comprising 70-100 wt.% alkyl (meth)acrylate having the mean number of carbon atoms of an alkyl group of 2-14 and 30-0 wt.% monoethylenic monomer copolymerizable therewith, 20-400 pts.wt. plasticizer boiling at 150°C or higher, and 10-1,000 pts.wt. thermally conductive filler. An adhesive sheet is prepd. by applying the adhesive to at least one side of a substrate.
