Abstract:
To coat a fixed mold and a movable mold with a mold release agent at low cost.SOLUTION: A mold release agent coating device comprises: a fixed type nozzle 21 having a fixed type nozzle base part 11, first slit nozzles 14 arranged along a cavity, and a first right-angled nozzle 15 capable of jetting a mold release agent in a direction to a fixed mold 2 and a direction along the cavity; a movable type nozzle 22 having a movable type nozzle base part 12, second slit nozzles 16 arranged along the cavity, and a second right-angled nozzle 17 capable of jetting the mold release agent in a direction to a movable mold 3 and a direction along the cavity; and shielding means 13 having a first shielding plate 13a disposed between the fixed type nozzle 21 and the movable type nozzle 22 and extending in the direction along the cavity, and a second shielding plate 13b disposed at an end part of the first shielding plate 13a and extending in a direction different from that of the first shielding plate 13a. The shielding means 13 shields flow of a jetted object from one of the fixed type nozzle 21 and the movable type nozzle 22 toward the other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
