Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make radial size of a clutch smaller as a whole as composed with a construction arranging release mechanisms in a clutch radial direction as in the past, by putting two kinds of these release mechanism side by side in a clutch circumferential direction. CONSTITUTION:A flywheel 3, a clutch disc 8 and a pressure plate 15 constitutes a first clutch mechanism 23 for power takeoff use, while a clutch cover 1, a clutch disc 9 and a pressure plate 16 constitutes a second clutch mechanism 24 for running use. A main release lever 32 holds a clutch cover 1 in between, and its part at the opposite side to the clutch disc 9 extends in a clutch radial direction, while an end part of the radial inner side is connected to an clutch pedal via a release bearing or the like. Both release mechanisms 33 and 34 are alternately situated on the same circumference.
