Abstract:
To provide a release film for ceramic green sheet production in which, by maintaining high smoothness of a release layer surface, making the solvent resistance of a release layer satisfactory and making the force applied when peeling a ceramic green sheet from a release film low and uniform, there is no risk of damaging the ceramic green sheet at the time of peeling even with an ultrathin layer product having a thickness of 1 μm or less.SOLUTION: Provided is a release film for ceramic green sheet production that is a release film provided with a release layer on at least one surface of a film base material, and in which the area surface average roughness Sa of the release layer surface is 7 nm or less, and the difference (θ-θ) between the diiodomethane contact angle θof the release layer surface and the diiodomethane contact angle θof the release layer surface after immersion of the release film in toluene is 3.0° or less as an absolute value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
