Abstract:
To enhance coatability to the release layer and adhesiveness between the release layer and a substrate, and further to prevent reduction of adhesion in a post process by transference of an adherend to a release layer component or process contamination by an oligomer generated from the substrate (supporting substrate) after a high temperature treatment at a state laminated to the adherend.SOLUTION: There is provided a release film having an intermediate layer and a release layer on at least one surface of a supporting substrate in this order from a supporting substrate side, in which the release layer consists of a cured article of a coating composition for release layer containing a silicon resin and a cellulose derivative, and the intermediate layer consists of a cured article of a coating composition for intermediate layer containing one or more kind of metal complex having at least one metal element selected from a group consisting of aluminum, titanium, and zirconium as a center metal, and an organic ligand, and a silane compound represented by a specific general formula.SELECTED DRAWING: None
