Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release lever misoperation prevention structure which enables preventing a release lever of a retractor body connected to a floor surface of a vehicle from being pressed down unintentionally by a press-down force applying body such as shoes of a passenger and a baggage.SOLUTION: A release lever misoperation prevention structure is fitted to a retractor 20 that includes a winding core for winding, from the other end side, a belt 10 to one end of which an engagement member 11 engaging with a wheel chair is fitted, a retractor body 22 which houses the winding core, for delivery of the belt 10 from an opening part on a front surface, a rotation regulating mechanism which regulates rotation of the winding core toward a belt delivery direction, and a release lever 24 which protrudes from a surface other than the front surface of the retractor body 22, for releasing rotation regulation of the winding core when pressed down, for preventing misoperation of the release lever 24. It includes a press-down prevention member 50 that is attached to the retractor body 22 or the release lever 24, to prevent the release lever 24 from being pressed down by a press-down force applying body which approaches the release lever 24 from above.
