To provide an inexpensive and highly reliable releaser in a simple constitution and a separating method in the releaser.
A base end of this releaser is connected to one electrode of a battery 13. A loop part 14 a is formed at a leading end of the other end of the releaser. The releaser includes a first coating lead wire 14, a second coating lead wire 16 and a weight 1. An insulating material of the first coating lead wire 14 is removed, so that a dissolution wire 17 is exposed at a part of the loop part 14a. The second coating lead wire 16 has a base end connected to the other electrode of the battery 13 and an electrode plate 18 set at a leading end of the other end. The weight 1 is suspended via a wire 6 coupled with the loop part 14a in a chain. Both leading ends of the first coating lead wire 14 and second coating lead wire 16 are sunk in the sea water. A current is supplied while the sea water works as a conductor, thereby to dissolve the dissolution wire 17 and release the coupling of the loop part 14a and wire 6.
