To provide an inexpensive releasing sheet-carrying silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet in which the control of the force to release a releasing sheet from the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is easy, and which is low in being charged.

The releasing sheet-carrying pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 10 has: [1] an embossed releasing sheet (11) which is formed by emboss-processing a releasing base paper including a paper-supporting body (12) and a releasable resin layer(13) formed on the one surface of the paper-supporting body (12) and has a plurality of projection parts (15) projecting in the direction from the paper-supporting side toward the releasable resin layer(13); and [2] a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet (21) which contains a base material (22) and a silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (23) formed at least on the one surface of the base material (22), and the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet (10) is characterised in that the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet (21) is protected with the embossed releasing sheet (11) by bringing the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet (23) into contact with respective projection part tip end regions of the releasable resin layer of the embossed releasing sheet (11).
