Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly fill the secondary side with water without causing a water hammer by constituting a lift detecting valve of the valve part connected to a valve element and the frame part sliding by a primary pressure detecting chamber for introducing a primary side pressure by supporting the valve part.
SOLUTION: The valve part 22a is slidingly inserted into the frame part 23 so that an annular ring-shaped water passing groove 22b is arranged in the upper part. The frame part 23 is slidingly arranged in a valve chest 21 so that a water passing hole 23a is arranged in the upper part. A primary pressure detecting chamber 24 is formed between the collar part 23b of the frame 23 and the upper surface of the valve chest 21 so that the collar part 23b is used as the bottom surface of the primary pressure detecting chamber 24. The primary pressure detecting chamber 24 is connected to the primary side 4 through a primary pressure introducing line PL1. The primary side 4 is communicated with a pressurizing chamber 12 through a starting valve 28, a pressure adjusting pilot valve 25 and a passage 26 to thereby quickly fill the secondary side with water without causing a water hammer.
